***NOW ABAILABLE FOR MOVE-IN*** I also just want to reiterate that the two rooms for rent would be sharing one bathroom, which has ample storage/shelving (shown in photos). Also the rent amount is per room and includes utilities. Aside from my personal bedroom, bathroom and office (unfurnished basement shown in floor plan) the entire home will be available to the renters. There is also a spacious backyard and a grill that you’re welcome to use! Also, there are two rooms available with a shared bathroom so if you know someone without would want to rent the other room, we can potentially make that work as well.
