Room in Fairburn, GA

I’m the house owner of this 4b3b newly built house. And I’m looking for one responsible housemate to share it with. The house is built on a golf course lake so you get to enjoy the view and activities. I’m traveling a lot for work and leisure so you’ll have the freedom to have the whole house on your own most of the time as long as you take proper care of it. I currently have 3 spare bedrooms. 2 are furnished and 1 is unfurnished. You have to option to choose the room to rent. The house is available end of May.
