Large private bedroom in a one floor home furnished with queen size bed, 2 night stands, small closet, television with Amazon fire stick with access to many streaming services. Bedding is available if desired. Home is recently remodeled with a well equipped kitchen and numerous “gadgets” and just over an acre of property in a quiet area. Aside from the closet, the tenant would have limited storage for large items indoor but there is outside storage if you aren’t concerned about that. Renter would have full access to kitchen, washer (no dryer), guest bath, exercise equipment (peloton and squat machine), yard and multiple outdoor decks, including patio furniture and a fire pit. Overnight guests would be permitted one night per week without prior approval. Credit and background check required at tenants expense. Yard maintenance and snow removal included. Electric and propane (heat/hot water) would be split 70/30 in the tenants favor. WiFi is currently included but should demand exceed what is currently included, the tenant would be responsible for the difference. Month to month tenancy with the opportunity for longer term. NO SMOKING of any kind. Owner has 2 dogs for allergy concerns and their approval is required. Female or LGBTQ couples preferred
