Keypad on each bedroom door. Security camera upstairs common area. Video doorbells on front and back of house. Wear face mask in common areas. (Depends on other tenant"s comfort) No burning incenses or candles. Take worn shoes off at door. Place on shoe rack. Do not pass room divider to living room area. Patio accessible from outside screen door. Pet waste station's available on street. Playground and pet park available. Kitchenette available at door. Cook food downstairs. Coffee pot, toaster and hot plate. Microwave and mini-fridge in room. Friendly neighborhood (military, professionals, etc.), quiet environment and backyard lake view. Multiple hospitals in area. Conveniently located near beach (Isle of Palm), Tanger Outlet, Northwoods Mall, Citadel Mall and a variety of restaurants.
