Room in Mableton, GA

Hello! My name is Tracey! I am a vibrant person who enjoys living life to the fullest. I lead a busy life. I am often away from home, however when I am home, I am very cool and easy to get along with. I only ask that the person who comes to live in my home treats it like they would their own. The house is spacious and well kept. There are ample grocery stores within a 3 mile radius including: Publix, Kroger, Aldi, Lidl and Food Depot. We are within 3 to 5 minutes from the beautiful Silver Comet walking trail and 15 minutes away from Cumberland Mall and dozens of restaurants and amenities. The Mable House amphitheater is 2 to 3 minutes away. There are multiple gyms and tennis courts within the vicinity and countless beautiful parks for you to relax and let your mind wonder. I have one bedrooms for rent, two rooms to choose from. Both are spacious rooms, furnished with queen beds and a television. The yellow room is $870, and a larger room (brown wall) is $980. I am slightly negotiable. Each tenant of each room will have their own private vanity area and entrance into the bathroom, with a common tub/shower and toileting area in the middle. If you like to venture to downtown Atlanta, which is only 15-20 minutes away, you will get to see a magnificent birds eye view of the entire Atlanta skyline and the Mercedes-Benz stadium as you are leaving Mableton. We are also within 15 minutes away from The Battery, where the four time World Series champion Atlanta Braves play. We have endless restaurant options offering a wide range of options. Lastly, we are 5 from the East West Connector. We are 10 to 15 minutes from I-285 and I-20. Come and see what Mableton has to offer.
