Room in Monroe, NC

My husband and I are renting out one of our upstairs private bedrooms. The bathroom is not currently shared. Our bedroom is on the first floor. Shared spaces include upstairs loft area, kitchen and laundry room. We live close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. No smoking or animals. We are clean, respectful, and easy to get along with and look for the same.
