Room in Charleston, SC

Hello everyone! My awesome roomate got a job offer to relocate 🥲 so I am looking for someone to take over his room. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at Atlantic at Grand Oaks apartments in West Ashley, great complex near a lot of stuff. Details below: -Male 25- 30 yrs old preferred -Ideal move in is beginning/ middle of November -Rent is $1,100 utilities included I have a three year old Shepard mix named Guinness who though I may be bias, he is the best dog gets along with everyone, rarely barks and loves buddies. That being said I am open to having another dog but NO cats. I work from home full time, and when I’m not at work I enjoy grabbing a drink, going to the beach, and cooking. I am very laid back but definitely pride my common areas being clean.
