Lots to do nearby or a short drive. Close to the airport and not a bad drive to uptown either! I'm a friendly guy and very easy going!

About the property

It's super well kept and clean. Not a smoker or full of roaches or nothing, bleh! lol. I'm a tech freak and so I have lots of cool smart home gadgets and neat things. The neighborhood has a nice walking trail and pool. Fun events on occasion. It's pretty safe and relatively quiet considering we're in the city.

Either with friends, doing projects/chores around the house or having some time to myself watching tv, playing games, or relaxing.

Why are you looking for a co-living situation right now?

Its a long story to why I have had to have a roomate, but for the last year and a half I've had someone living with me and he is moving out to get a place with his girlfriend. I am able to afford to live on my own perfectly fine, but have some financial goals I'd like to take care of, so it does help to have a roommate to share the living expenses, get some things paid off, and help myself get a little more set financially.

I think someone who is neat/clean, responsible, picks up after themselves, respectful, and friendly. Having shared interests is always great but not required! I'd say if you are looking for somewhere quiet, and you like a quiet roommate, i'm perfect,haha.

Can't live with

Uncleanliness, super loud all the time, not open to working together to take care of house duties (I don't want to become someone's housekeeper in common areas), rudeness or disrespect to me, my home and my cats.
