About the property
It's super well kept and clean. Not a smoker or full of roaches or nothing, bleh! lol. I'm a tech freak and so I have lots of cool smart home gadgets and neat things. The neighborhood has a nice walking trail and pool. Fun events on occasion. It's pretty safe and relatively quiet considering we're in the city.

Its a long story to why I have had to have a roomate, but for the last year and a half I've had someone living with me and he is moving out to get a place with his girlfriend. I am able to afford to live on my own perfectly fine, but have some financial goals I'd like to take care of, so it does help to have a roommate to share the living expenses, get some things paid off, and help myself get a little more set financially.Renter Preferences
