Nice condo in Goose Creek near naval base that has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms in which the bathroom in the hallway would be yours to use. My wife and I reside in the other bedroom which has a a bathroom inside. The bedroom does come with a queen sized bed but if you would like to bring your own you can. The rest of the room is unfurnished. I could help you with carrying anything heavy inside the house. Bedroom for rent has an outdoor patio attached to it. The backside of the condo has a nice screened in porch with a great view of a small pond. A lot of restaurants and stores are nearby and because of its location is close to a number of surrounding areas. Does not have a washer or dryer but there is a laundromat right down the street. I’m usually very busy working and when at home relaxing quietly through reading or sitting outside. Amenities included in rent * Electricity * Water * WiFi * Kitchen * Use of Common living room and dining room No guests are allowed but if only for a rare occasion. Important to note this is a smoking free environment and alcohol is ok but not in heavy amounts. I myself don’t smoke and hardly ever drink.
