We are 5 minutes to the Arboretum and I-485, 10 minutes to Waverly and Ballantine, and 20 minutes to Southpark mall and downtown! The household comes with access to a membership to Raintree Country club, which I assume would require you to have a utility in your name.... not sure how that would work, but hey, fitness center, pool, tennis/pickleball, 6x/year golf, live music and other events.... super cool.
