Room in Nashville, TN

We are fun & socialble people. My fiance and I live here and we have a older gentleman that rents a room from us. He works full time and mostly keeps to himself. We love the outdoors, concerts, the pool or the lake etc. You must love dogs, we have 3. They are sweet, bark no matter what when you come home, they get excited. They sleep in our room at night and our quiet. I am usually here by myself. My fiance weekends He is a truck driver and works 10-12 hours a day M-F sometimes . I work at home and keep my self busy with crafts, home projects & the dogs. We like everyone until you give us a reason not too! We are looking for a quiet, CLEAN, respectable person. You have full access to the house, you don't have to stay in your room. Room is freshly painted 2 tone grays and is totally private. Great view out of your window. There is a new gym on property and the pool is great in the summer. Lot's of trails close by for hiking or walking. The sub division next door has nice hills for a power walk with no traffic.
