My space is very organized and clean, but I'm pretty easy going and honestly never home.
About the property
Enough about me, about the space: You will have the 2nd floor to yourself, there is a loft, guest bedroom and another bedroom, plus private bathroom. You can choose which room you would like, all necessary utilities are provided. Private garage, community pool, playground. Quiet family community and I live by myself, so you will have a lot of alone time. Rent price is all in, including utilities. I do have housekeeping that comes on a bimonthly basis at no additional cost.
