We are 1 male and 1 female, work from home software engineers, with a low sugar diabetic keto diet. We don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. Phone call first, then in-person visit, then credit/background/eviction check, sign lease, then move in! Adults only. 1 person per room. Rent + 1/4th utilities, 1 month security deposit.
