I like to relax watching TV, movies or doing handy stuff around the house. I do have a small lapdog, she’s quiet but very friendly. About the property

I have a spacious three-bedroom home with furnished rooms that are available for rent. There's a couple of areas in the house that can be set up as work stations for remote workers. My home is located in a quiet, middle-class subdivision on the outskirts of Charlotte right off I-485 & I-85; it's a 20-25 minute drive from Uptown, less than a 10 minutes from UNC Charlotte and the LYNX Light Rail Station, and about five minutes away from Concord Mills Outlet Mall, Charlotte Motor Speedway and PNC Music Pavilion. Once the weather gets warmer, there's access to the neighborhood pool.
