Room in Fort Mill, SC

I live in a nice, clean and quiet neighborhood off Gold Hill rd. In Fort Mill. I'm 12 miles from uptown and next to I-77 so it's easy to get most anywhere. I have 3 cats and love animals but can't allow more. I'm easy going, friendly and fun. Most nights I just stay in my bedroom and VEG after working. You would have your own bedroom, bathroom and access to a big washer/dryer and kitchen, LR, and backyard with a private deck. I run all weekend! I'd prefer a female roomie who is responsible, considerate, and mature, also please be clean and respectful. Absolutely No drugs allowed in my home. You'll have a pool, tennis, and clubhouse here. It really couldn't be better somewhere else. Let's talk.
