Room in Atlanta, GA
Offered by Nicole
Hello! My name is Nicole! My 2 boxers are Jace (she's an angel) and Buffalo "Bill" Bundy (he's a little crazy). I own a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in Gresham Park. I am renting 1 unfurnished bedroom.
I work in Film & TV and the strikes killed me financially. By trade, I'm a designer so my house is pretty well decorated and lovely (f you like modern style).
I'm looking for someone cool, laid back, quiet, and clean in common areas. What you do in the room is your business. Pot smoking is fine (outside) but no drugs in the house. Also, no smokers please.
No pets. Bill is crazy which is how he got his name. He does not like other animals.
I am quiet, clean, and respectful. I don't really drink and don't do hard drugs. 420 friendly though. I enjoy working out 5 days a week.
Currently there is one other tenant in the other bedroom so you'd have to share a bathroom with him. He is super quiet and respectful. He also works 12+ hours a day and is hardly ever home. I think he's going to be gone end of July though.
Location is a couple minutes to I-20 & I-285; 15 minutes to downtown and midtown and 8 minutes to EAV. Very centrally located with quick access to 2 interstates.
About the property
Every light is LED and the home is about as energy effiecient as they come minus having solar on the roof. It's also like 2 minute drive to both I-20 and I-285. 15 minutes to downtown and midtown. Super centrally located. Neighborhood is Gresham Park. There is also a beautiful paved path walking distance from the house called the "Michelle Obama Trail." It's like a private beltline!
