Room in Charleston, SC

I have a clean and quiet home in Village Green. It's 3 bedroom 2 bath. My 2 yr old and I mostly use my bathroom. He sleeps through the night and is a great well mannered kid. There is a neighborhood pool within walking distance, you could have access to. Washer and dryer available. I'm a single working mother. I would prefer someone clean and genuine. Obviously with a child in the home I'm protective of our peace. I mind my own business and cook great food. Hoping to find someone who can be a reliable roommate. The room is furninished with a queen bedroom set.
