Room in Snellville, GA

Hello I am a homeowner in Snellville on a lake. I love the outdoors, cooking, music and design. I love to be a property manager for so many reasons and I have been doing it for over 12 years. I have now decided that I am in the best place and enjoy my space that I am willing to now share. I like a tenant that is clean, organized, and knows when to take the relaxation in. I am looking for someone who can be responsible and respectful with handling themselves. I am currently looking at possibly 3 rentals to my non smoking/non pet spaces. I would love to help someone excel in their goals by supporting them in a relaxing environment. I have a bedroom with a private bath at $963 available on June 1st, and an entire boathouse at $2555 that will also be ready on July 1. The boathouse does require a minimum of 3 months.
