All utilities included! Utilities include water, electric, gas, and high-speed internet. I have two bedrooms available in a gorgeous, sunny 3/2 home. Rooms can be rented separately or together. Both rooms face the front of the property and come with an adorable reading nook that fills the space with sunlight. Both rooms have spacious closets and are ~170 square feet each. Rooms come unfurnished but rest of home (living, dining, and kitchen) are furnished. Tenants will also have access to a beautiful backyard deck, picnic area, garden, firepit, and creek. There are currently 3 female tenants, a couple who occupies the master bedroom with a cat, as well as an additional female roommate that occupies one of the bedrooms. The two occupying the larger bedroom are both recent college graduates with professional jobs. One works in tech and works from home twice a week. The other is in finance and works remotely but travels frequently for work. The third works in the service industry and spends little time at home. They are all exceptionally quiet and tidy.
