I am very respectful, I keep my home clean, I’m a nurse so I work long hours and am usually gone from home for 14 hours at a time 3-4 days a week. My days off I try to stay active and keep my hobbies outside of the house unless I need some time to relax. It will just be you and I living here, no other roommates. This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. I recommend you have the 1st bedroom which has its separate area right next to the bathroom and extra linen closet which would all be yours, so everything is right there in your area. This area is right at the front of the house and next to the front door so you will have plenty of privacy and quiet as my room is at the complete opposite end of the house past the laundry room, kitchen, and living room!

Still have to put down sod grass, trees, plants, and build privacy fence before then which is not pictured, big open backyard with mini patio space. Pictures listed shows plastic covering carpet to protect as brand new carpet was just finished right after pictures taken. You will have your own area in the front of the house which includes the first room once you enter the door with your own private bathroom right next to it and an extra linen closet all together in one area which will all be yours to access as this is all your space. You will be at the front of the house so you’ll have plenty of privacy and quiet at the front of the house which is nice and peaceful!
