Neighborhood is extremely quiet, house is in a cul-de-sac. 2 rooms are for rent, both are the same size (10x11) and fully furnished. Furnished with queen size bed- frame , mattress , night stand, and tv. Restroom would be shared between the two people who will rent rooms. Access to washer and dryer, full kitchen privilege’s, separate fridge in garage (near rooms), bathroom is located right outside the bedroom, street parking in front of the house, wifi, and all utilities included
