Room in Mt Pleasant, SC

My mother has recently moved into assisted living and I find myself rattling around in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. I work from home and so require a little bit of quiet, but not too much! I love volunteering at my church and having lunch or dinner with friends. I prefer not to have pets in the house because I have a cat who is very fearful. But I am excited about sharing my home. I can offer 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a large bathroom, all private, all on the 2nd floor. This is a very quiet, very safe neighborhood.
