There is plenty of space in the bedroom/bathroom/dual walk-in closets we have for rent so you will be able to have your own space to step away. But you are welcome to make use of all the common living areas as frequently as you would like. We are a family of six with four children ages 2-12. My husband works remotely and I care for our two youngest while the older two are in school. We enjoy the warm weather, spending time at parks, the pool, the beach and outdoor sports and activities with friends. In the cold we stay home more and read, watch movies, play games, toys and have fun as a family.

About the property

We have a large, fenced in back yard with woods as the backdrop. We are located on a cul-de-sac at the end of the street so the road is calm. You have a large tree right outside your window so even with the shades open you have privacy from the street but still receive plenty of sun from the double window size. The ceilings are vaulted to a 15 foot height making the room feel even more spacious than its already large size. The bathroom is huge. Two walk-in closets, separate shower and bathtub and the toilet has its own space with an additional door. The neighborhood is calm and includes a pool, tennis courts and a playground along with extensive sidewalks along the main road and a large grassy field with a pond where residents often walk. Shopping, groceries and restaurants are numerous within a 2-10min drive from the neighborhood.
