Hey everyone ! My name is Luke. I own by home here in Madison, TN just 10-12 minutes from downtown Nashville. I work Monday-Friday. I do NOT work from home. My house is 1850 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a gate that keeps the driveway secure. Whole property is fenced. I recently had to ask a roommate to leave and am looking for a new one. The room I am renting has a good size closet and you will have your own full bathroom. Pricing is negotiable. I am planning to do a flat rate payment per month. I have a little Olde English bulldog who is 50 lbs and loves everyone. I would prefer you to not have pets but that is also negotiable.
