Hi!! My name is Lily I am 23 years old and currently looking for a roomate to join me in my brand new home in Denver, North Carolina. It is currently in the process of being built and should be done anywhere from Feb- April. It’s located 2 minutes from the heart of downtown and conveniently located close to all grocery stores/ retail. I am looking for a roomate around my age who takes good care of their space. I have a small 7 pound hypoallergenic dog who will be at the house often. It is a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms. Master is downstairs and the roomate will be living upstairs with their own space. The house is very spacious and also comes with amenities such as pool with cabanas and brand new gym. Would prefer a roomate who is social and likes to hang out and try new places!! I am an esthetician and do skincare for a living. Roomate is welcome to have guests over but no pets, children, or smoking inside allowed. 2 car garage as well.
