Have 5 bedroom home in countryclub. Plenty of parking. Full access to whole house. All utilities paid for. Quiet. Deck outside.for sitting. Near end of cul de sac . Close to shopping and restaurants. Close to Allatoona lake. I am divorced with 19 year old daughter living with me as she goes to college. The room comes with a private bathroom, through the bathroom is another room you can use as well for storage. There is a bed in the room now, but the room can be furnished OR unfurnished to your liking.
