You’ll have quality landlords who give you privacy and communicate well. We love God and people. So this is a way to give back in some way. We are non judgmental and accepting and we know people need unique living situations due to the economy. I have been a community counselor or marriage and family therapist for over 25 yrs. FYI My spouse will manage the property as I may be traveling or away for a work project more frequently. It’s fairly quiet around here and we have space that allows for your privacy. We are semi-empty nesters since we have adult children and only one teen who lives in GA and visits for holidays. We love sharing or preparing a good meal and family game or movie night. After work there is usually TV watching. Music concerts and travel is a self-care treat. FYI- the basement apartment with separate entrance is $900, but the room for rent upstairs (turquoise/aqua, coral and yellow) will be $750.

About the property

Access to fitness center and pool at community clubhouse - request card or pool guest passes from property manager (Lanna or Tyrice). Basement apt (pics with black yellow and gray and teal and chocolate bedspread) has private bath, kitchenette and separate living spaces. Basement tenant will have access to laundry room and larger kitchen 1x/wk (determined together after comparing all schedules).
