Room in Decatur, GA

Hello there! I’m a young professional looking for a tenant for my home in Decatur. The house is 3 stories; common spaces (living room, kitchen, entrance) are on the middle floor, there is private suite on the bottom floor is where I stay, and the third floor has two spaces available for rent (either can be rented furnished or unfurnished). 🏡Space #1 ($944) is the primary bedroom w/private bath 🏡Space #2 ($1055) is a slightly smaller bedroom with a private jack&jill bathroom that connects to another small bedroom/office space (perfect for someone with a small child or young professional working from home!). Can also be rented without the office for a discounted rate. I currently live alone with 2 dogs, so no other roommates currently. I work a hybrid schedule so am in office a few days a week and work from home the others. When working from home, I tend to work in the common spaces or my space downstairs. I keep the noise minimal, so won’t be an issue if you work from home as well. Open to any gender, prefer no other pets, however is not a deal breaker depending on the situation. Lets chat!
