Room in Summerville, SC

I am renting out the 2 upstairs bedrooms, including the upstairs loft as part of the deal. Room & loft are unfurnished. There's a couch in the loft - makes no difference to me what you put up there! There's also a bonus room downstairs I don't really use. Happy to rent that as an office! I am a single mom, and I work a lot. I have my 3 year old son 50-70% of the time, but again we're not really home much. I am looking for the same in a roommate! I have worked in Property Management for 10 years, so I am trustworthy and know what I am doing. 420 Friendly - Happy to go outside; makes no difference to me! I do have a boyfriend who comes over on the weekends, but we typically go out and do something anyway. If you'd like to meet him prior to moving in, I 100% understand and we can set that up! I have an old man of a dog and two kitties.
