Hey I am Katie! Our home includes my and my husband and our two kids (3y and 2y) and our sweet 9yo german shorthaired pointer. The space for rent is our guest room above the garage which is on the other side of the home from our bedrooms and living space, therefore relatively quiet. The room is furnished with a memory foam queen bed, dresser, night stand, and desk area. There is a bathroom down in the main living space which would be just yours, including tub/shower, toilet, and vanity. We are easy going and most of our free time is spent outside as we love the boat, park, and beach.

About the property

Large backyard with seating area, and driveway fits 4+ cars easy. We are on James Island, about 20min from Folly beach, 10min to Johns Island, and 10min from downtown Charleston. The guest room is located above our garage, is fully furnished including a large reclining sofa as well, for a great nap couch. The bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet and vanity and is located just off the main living space of the home. It would be private to you.
