Hello! My name is Kate, and I'm a young professional originally from Boston. I moved to SC in 2018 and fell in love with the warm weather and chill beach vibes. I work as an energy healer and real estate broker. In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball and kayaking off the dock on the property. I'm a single, quiet, hardworking girl with an adorable 35lb Aussidoodle named Layla. I live on the property in my own apartment separate from the main house and I work out of the studio behind the house 1-2 days a week helping clients.
