Just be kind, respectful, be a great communicator, enjoy laughing, pay rent on time and cleaning after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom and anywhere in the home where you frequent and you will enjoy your time with me and my 24 year old wonderful son. You can use the whole kitchen, share our fridge, we pay the utilities, we mow the lawn, we make our home pretty and no drama here it’s a quite nice neighborhood, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but can get anywhere within 20-30 mins. We work, am usually away on the weekends , but am home during the week. If you are that kind of renter that I have mentioned above, you know that’s me as well. You will enjoy living here.
