Room in Le Sueur, MN

Single white female looking to rent a room in the basement bedroom of my townhome. The renter may have cats but no dogs. I am a clean person and would like the renter to be clean as well. I am home often but like my privacy. There is internet and a private bathroom across the hall from the bedroom. The renter could set up a space in the unfinished area of the basement for a TV room if he or she would like. Unfortunately there is no private entrance. There is a garage stall. I only need a renter until June 1st, then my whole family moved in.
