**Townhouse rooms for rent** Hello everyone! I'm renting out my 3 bedroom two story townhome, with all of the bedrooms located on the second floor. Just to be clear, I'm renting out two of the rooms and will be staying in the other. For the individual rooms rent is $950/month plus utilities, and the master is $1100/month plus utilities. Both have walk-in closets. The application fee is $55, which covers criminal background and credit checks. If approved, the application fee will be credited towards the first months rent. The security deposit is the monthly rental amount and will be paid back upon ending of the lease. The pet deposit fee is $250, and will be refunded in full at the end of the leasing baring no damages incurred. There is parking; the garage, driveway, and street parking. Ideally looking for longer term rental with the minimum being 6 months. Please advise if this something you're still interested in and we can schedule a showing this week!
