Room in Charleston, SC

Hi, This is a guest house with a private bath and driveway parking it is a studio apt not attached. The unit is completely furnished. The laundry is washer only but you can use the dryer in the home when needed. I live in the home on the property with my adult daughter and we have 2 dogs who are people friendly and dog friendly they are old and mostly inside the home. The guesthouse was completed redone this year and has a kitchen everything but an oven. I work from home but we have very separate entrances. All utilities are included also WIFI.
