When you rent this space you will essentially have the 2nd floor to yourself. This is a 2 story townhome with the Master bed on the main floor. The 2nd floor consists of your private bed and bath, an additional bedroom with a bit of additional hanging closet and storage space and a loft area with a work desk. It's beautifully furnished and decorated in a Coastal style. There is a small screened porch and good sized back yard with a fire pit you can enjoy at any time. The neighborhood is warm and welcoming with an active Social Committee that organizes lots of food trucks and events including a Ladies Bunco event each month.
About the property
The neighborhood is very friendly with an active social committee that puts on events and brings in food trucks. There is a community pool you will have access to in walking distance from my home. The immediate neighbors are very quiet so no need to worry about hearing them through the shared walls of the townhome. If you happen to enjoy gardening there are flower beds in the backyard that I would be open to you planting things in. I have a well stocked kitchen with anything you might need for cooking and baking including a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer and Vitamix blender. Your rent will also include housekeeping every other week.
