It's a big bedroom at 20' x 13.5'. Plenty of room for a bed, desk, couch, or whatever else you want in there. It has its own personal bathroom and shower as well as a walk in closet. The house itself is a brand new construction built in April this year. It's a two story house (~2600 square foot) 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom house with a living room, tv room with couch, guest room (bathroom, shower, and queen sized bed), screened in patio, open kitchen with a gas range, fireplace, 2 car garage, and on .4 acres of land (soon to be fenced in). All amenities are brand new including HVAC, heating, microwave, refrigerator, etc. This is a new construction so the neighborhood amenities are not in yet but we can look forward to a pool, clubhouse, and possibly a pickleball court (that's still up in the air) coming in the next couple of months. It also has a couple of lakes in it that are fully stocked that people like to go fishing and kayaking on. This house is located near the Francis Marion National Forrest about 5 minutes from Clements Ferry, 15 minutes from Mt. Pleasant, 25 minutes to North Charleston, 30 minutes to downtown Charleston, and 30 minutes to the beach.
