Room in Charlotte, NC

Hi thanks for reading my post. My name is Jeff. I have a nice three bedroom and 2 1/2 bath house in a very sought after neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and peaceful. It is also very family friendly. The room available is furnished and has a queen size sleep bed with a memory foam mattress. There is also a TV in the room. There is also a private bathroom. The house has a living room and a family room. Right now the family room has some exercise equipment but I am open to letting the renter use the room for their space if they would like some alone time. The house also has a large fenced in backyard with plenty of trees for shade. I am a professional who works from home. I am very easy to get along with, and have no drama in my life. I am hoping to keep it this way. Lol. I am respectful and considerate and hoping to find the same in a roommate.
