Room in Charleston, SC

I split my time living here and on my sailboat in the Charleston harbor. I keep a clean house and I’m looking forward to adding in a cooking fire pit, horseshoe, a small garden and fruit trees. I’m looking for a roommate that’s clean and considerate. If you know how to sail that’s a plus come summer. It’s a 4 bed 2 bath house. The house is fully furnished and needs nothing. There is some storage available in the back yard shed if needed. I enjoy playing sports, reading, and exploring the areas around Charleston.
