Room in Hampton, VA

Utilities are included which includes Cable TV and internet. Three floor condo, first floor would be your room with bathroom (not connected), second floor common areas, and third is my room and boys. Laundry is on 3rd floor. I am low key and am a respectful, kind, and humble person to know. I'm not looking for drama. Just someone who can be a great roommate to live with. I am looking for at least a 12-month lease but I will make sure if you can't there is a 30-day notice clause where you can live at any time. I am a divorced Dad who has two sons every other weekend. As you can imagine, I need a clean environment and safe so background checks and employment verification are a must prior to move in.
