Room in Davis, CA

I am a new homeowner in south Davis. I work Monday to Friday (8-5) and enjoy cleaning the condo on the weekends. I am quiet and respectful. You’ll always find me sipping tea when you’re here. I have shy cat who prefers the comfort of my room than being in your space. The available room is on the 2nd floor and it is hardwood for ease of cleaning. You’ll have your own bathroom. Your room is fully furnished with a full size bed, 55 inch flat screen tv, desk and chair. (The chair and desk can be removed if you need more space). There is a closet. Laundry is on the 2nd floor. WiFi, water, electric, trash and sewer all built into the price of the monthly rent. There is a $500 deposit that will be refunded upon 30 days notice to vacate. Currently we have a freshman at UC Davis living on the first floor. The entire condo is furnished. Just bring your toiletries, bedsheet and towel. Move in ready!
