Hi! We're looking to rent out our spare bedroom! It's a beautiful master suite with a 16x20 bedroom, an additional private 10x11 office space, and a private, ensuite bathroom. It's the only bedroom in the house with hardwood flooring and is perfect for remote workers or people seeking more space without paying for a whole apartment. The fellow roommates are friendly and courteous. It's very quiet most of the time and bills are always paid on time!
