I am looking for a tenant that can enjoy the private room and bath as well as keep it clean. I am looking for a tenant that can use the amenities I am providing respectfully and keep things clean. I am looking for a tenant that can operate the alarm system while coming or going. The place is huge, I've invested much, and I would like to make money off of that. Nashville has become a place where people are stuffed in and high rising.
