Hello everyone! *UPDATED* I have one bedroom available, comes with a -private bathroom. -Utilities included -bedroom is fully furnished - queen bed with memory foam mattress -Condo is located at the base of the Ravenel Bridge - 5 min from downtown Charleston! -carpet in the bedroom has been steam cleaned just recently. -amenities included - pool, fitness gym, dog park, tennis and pickle ball court -Female preferred I work from home but pretty much stay to myself in my sunroom/office. Rent is $1200 which includes utilities. I’m super clean. I also have a 2-year old Labradoodle pup who is SUPER friendly and crate trained.
