Room in Charlotte, NC

Hey! I’m looking for a roommate or two in my new build house 5 minutes from South End and 10 minutes from the airport. The house is a 3 story, 4 bedroom 3bath. Each room will have a private bathroom. The home be complete in late June/early July. I’m looking for like-minded girls who are clean and respectful. We can discuss rent and utilities, but a monthly maid service will be included to keep common areas and bathrooms clean. It’s in a cute neighborhood with lots of people in their 20s and 30s with sidewalk to go on walks and free street parking throughout the entire community.
