Room in Woodstock, GA

I am 36 years old and very quiet and respectful. I am outdoorsy so I go outside for walks, hikes, gym, etc. I am an educator and coach so I have already been vetted and fingerprinted by the school districts I’ve worked for. I have 2 quiet and friendly cats (siblings, so they keep each other company) that stay with me downstairs and I maintain my space carefully with a litter robot and cleaning so there is no smell. I am renting the upstairs space which has a very large room , wall to wall closet and private full bath. There is also an over-hang or den with a pool table for entertainment. The entrance to upstairs is directly by the front door so you can have some privacy.
