Private room in a quiet neighborhood. Next available starting on January 1st, 2025. This 4 bedroom house 7 min to UNCC, 8 min to Atrium University Hospital, 17 min to Uptown and 20 min to CLT. Quiet and clean, there is plenty of living space in the house with a large living area, kitchen and dining room on the main floor and a loft area on the 2nd floor. Available for medium-term or long-term, furnished or unfurnished. Charlotte is such a great city and the house is located within 15 minutes of some of the best districts to visit. We are also close to parks and walking/hiking trails, and there is a greenway that runs behind the house. Currently other roommates are all professionals. Ideal space for another young professional, grad student or traveling nurse. The room can be fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, shelves, linens, etc. Bathroom is shared with 1 other roommate. Lease can be month-to-month or longer term. $889/month includes all utilities and maid service every 2 weeks (for common areas). Security deposit equal to 1 month's rent is due upon lease signing (refunded after move out). Room can also be unfurnished for $833/month. There is currently a dog in the house. He is hypoallergenic and loves people. No other large pets allowed for now. Tank pets may be considered.
