Private room in a quiet neighborhood. I have 2 rooms that will be available starting on April 20th, 2025. This 4 bedroom house is 7 min to UNCC, 8 min to Atrium University Hospital, 17 min to Uptown and 20 min to CLT. Quiet and clean, there is plenty of living space in the house with a large living area, kitchen and dining room on the main floor and a loft area on the 2nd floor. Available for short-term or long-term, furnished or unfurnished. Charlotte is such a great city and the house is located within 15 minutes of some of the best districts to visit. We are also close to parks and walking/hiking trails, and there is a greenway that runs through the woods behind the house (currently under construction). Currently other housemates are all male young professionals. Ideal space for another young professional, grad student or traveling nurse. Bathroom is shared with 1 other housemate. Lease can be month-to-month or longer term. $940/month includes all utilities, lawn service and maid service for common areas. Security deposit equal to 1.5 times rent is due upon lease signing (refunded after move out). Room is furnished but can be unfurnished for $50 less.
