Hi my name is Dennis by any means this is not easy but here it goes. I am a 70 yr old retired (20 yrs served) military veteran and I’ve owned this home since July 2023 Until recently, my sister lived with me but she decided to relocate and left me with the financial responsibility of the mortgage plus an empty home, except what little I possess myself I travel a great deal and I really need someone responsible, dependable, and trustworthy All carry the same weight of importance I’ve listed “female” as my preferred choice for a roommate, and that means biological first I AM NOT LOOKING FIR A LIVE CONNECTION OR ROMANCE OF ANY KIND You should probably be a minimum age of 40 but it’s not a hard requirement Compatibility is important, even though we will likely only see each other on weekends, due to the nature of my occupation I like classic cars, and own one that I’m working on. I also enjoy selectively going to the movie theater, and enjoy bowling, and just chilling on weekends; mostly because I travel so much during the week I’m an easy going guy who is not hard to get along with I’m middle of the road conservative politically but I’m also open minded enough to not let this get in the way of friendship when it’s possible Hopefully we would be a good match, if, whoever you are, we became roommates
