Room in Hermitage, TN

Hey ya'll! My husband and I are both Nashville natives. Miguel is an active duty Army Warrant Officer and I work in Healthcare Administration. We do not live on the property because we are stationed in Fort Riley, KS so you will have the home almost to yourself- we are only renting 2 of the 3 rooms so your only other housemate would be another renter if we find one. We do visit Nashville often so you may see us. We have a family member that works out of the house so you may see her there weekly. We take pride in making our space clean, chic, and comfortable. The house has been upgraded since the pictures were taken- the rooms will all have new hardwood floors.
