Prefer a professional who has a steady and consistent job and does not work from home because I work from home all day. Monthly amount depends on the percentage utilities increase - no excessive use of utilities (over normal use). If there is a substantial increase in utilities, reserve the right to revisit monthly amount.

Can't live with

Bad personal hygiene. Signs of drug use, disrespect, loud and obnoxious, a thief, cleainess especially in areas we share together. She shed is available if I'm not using it but must be kept neat and clean at all times. She shed is not a part of the rental agreement which means access may be limited or restricted.
